 From the restored recordings of TED talks from 1984, is Nicholas 
Negroponte's talk about converging fields of technology, entertainment 
and design. He talks about TVs as the electronic books and all kinds of 
crazy things (CRTs that look like faces). The talk shows how far back 
the idea of OLPC existed (24 years?). He also had a whole lot more hair 
back then :-)
