name is Vincent Zabala and I am currently living in Oahu, Hawaii.  I&#39;ve been
teaching math for 4 years at Waianae High School (part of the Teach for America
program). I&#39;ll be moving to Los Angeles, California in July and hope to attend
law school next year.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>As a
Filipino-American, I’ve also had a renewed interest in learning more about the
history and culture of the Philippines.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-pagination:none;mso-layout-grid-align:none;
text-autospace:none"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;font-family:ComicSansMS">My
passion in life is to help others and contribute to the greater good of society
in some way.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>I’ve always believed
that education is at the heart of influencing positive change. I’m excited
about the opportunity to volunteer with eKindling because of the prospects of
helping those underserved children and exposing them to technology in this global
society.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-pagination:none;mso-layout-grid-align:none;
text-autospace:none"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;font-family:ComicSansMS">It
would be my pleasure to contribute and help support eKindling’s mission.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>I would be interested in volunteering
to go to Lubang and help integrate the technology into their curriculum.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>Also, it would be exciting to work with
developers to organize content into learning games/activities. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>On the business side, I’m open to
working with fundraising efforts.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  
</span>I’m pretty flexible in working on other projects or initiatives as well.
