Greetings! My name is Esther Jeong and I am a new eKindling volunteer. Born<br>
and raised in NYC, I have spent the past year researching in Asia and am<br>
currently staying in the Philippines. Although I have no ancestral ties with<br>
the Philippines, I developed a strong affinity for this beautiful and<br>
diverse country and continue to fall in love with sweet desserts like<br>
halo-halo. As an advocate for creative education programming and community<br>
development, I am excited to be a part of this growing community and dynamic<br>
