The City Government of Valenzuela distributed more than
600,000 free notebooks to 100,000 public elementary and high school students. However, the notebook are referring to books, not laptops. <br><br>Regardless, it would be great to partner with an organization/institution [such as VC Global Program] that can help eKindling initiate a small-medium deployment in the Valenzuela municipality. If you know of anyone or organization that is immersed in that community, please feel free to connect us to them. This goes for all other regions as well. <br>

I was reading in the Manila Bulletin in June "100,000 students get<br>
free notebooks in Valenzuela" by Willie Catapat. It mentioned a "VC<br>
Global Program". Teacher are to receive training and lesson plans.<br>
Maybe someone should contact them.<br>
