<table cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" border="0" ><tr><td valign="top" style="font: inherit;">Hi Ryan,<br><br>Like Ray, let me thank you for the links you provided on the various information in evaluating&nbsp; OLPC's deployments worldwide and in particular in Nepal and Harlem, USA.<br><br>Despite all the effort put in by Nicholas Negroponte and the many volunteers as well as financial support by a multitude of donors, there is still a lot of work to be done to improve on the implementation of the OLPC program. From these experiences, I get the understanding we need to do a lot of preparation before even doing a pilot deployment and make sure we capture all the key success factors not only in the initial deployment but its long-term sustainability. We will need the help of every volunteer available to make this possible.<br><br>Similar to the view of James, for me all this information just strengthens my confidence there is much value in using the OLPC
