OPCL,

I am a public school teacher in a far baranggay of Banquerohan, Legazpi 
City,Albay, Philippines.
I would like to inquire on how would my pupils who are also one of the poorest 
children in the Philippines can become a recipient of this project. 

I am looking further for a partnership in providing adequate education to the 
poorest children in the Philippines.
