[OLPC-Philippines] Organise ourselves first

Hi Malee,
I have already explored this possibility previously with PBSP and one of the issues I had to resolve first is our need to organising ourselves. Before we can ask another organisation to help us in our needs we have to organise ourselves by identifying who we are and what is it we want to do. A perfect example is our need to develop an agreed IT model (like which applications and software content to use to run OLPC's XO) for a school pilot. The needed technical specifications for a pilot has yet to be identified. How can we ask a donor or another organisation to support without knowing specifically what is it we need?
Let's first work together to get our act together and once we have done this it will easier to ask others to help us.

is it possible that we can peggy back our group with a foundation like PBSP
/ AYALA etc..who are also committed to
and the vision or mission same as OLPC...we can just make an Memo of
Undesratnding / Agreement which ever is more douable for both
Organization..if its okey with I can explore the possiblity and talk to
them.
