[OLPC-Philippines] OLPC and Sugar at DevCon Visayas

I'll be Cebu bound next week to attend Cebu ICT 2009
(http://cebuict2009.com) and host DevCon Visayas
(http://www.devcon.ph). There is a lightning talk session and I
volunteered to discuss about OLPC and Sugar Labs and plan to bring 2
laptops for our usual drop test :-) The target audience for both
events are IT professionals, so we'll see how it goes with regards to
the interest of the audience to plan for projects/deployments for
their areas.
