 Hey guys,

This is your organization and we want to include you as much as possible as
we continue to define who we are. Our vision and values will be our guiding
light as we move forward. It will differentiate us from other organizations,
and will set our priorities for the future. So please chime in and offer
your thoughts. At the end, I will try to draft a vision statement that will
include your input!

*Vision Statement*

What is your vision for the organization? 5 or 10 years down the line, what
desired outcome do you want to see as a result of our hard work? What does
our success look like? Our vision will be our guiding light as we move
forward in the next few years, so please chime in?! Below is a draft:

*Our vision is to transform Filipino youth into 21st century learners, who
are digitally literate, critical thinkers, and productive members of society
through open source innovations in technology and learning. In doing so,
learners will be better prepared to tackle the challenges of an increasingly
competitive job market and globalised world as well, as become an agent of
change towards the betterment of themselves and their communities.*

*Values*
Values are beliefs that are shared among the stakeholders of an
organization, which will drive our culture and priorities. It will also set
us apart from our other organizations working in the Philippines. Please
share your thoughts. Below are sample values:

*a. Inclusiveness - Our technology and learning approach should be
available to all regardless of race, class, gender, ethnicity, and religion.
[These are to ensure that religious minorities, indigenous people, and other
minority group are given access.]

b. Free and Open Source*
