[OLPC-Philippines] Local SugarLab

Hi all.

Sugar Labs has begun to help in setting Local Labs around the world, the
main idea is that Sugar, should be a distributed project, where all
countries and communities could really empower, transform and appropriate
the information and knowledge that Sugar has.

Local Labs can be foundations and companies, and are independent enough to
have it's own structure and decisions, regulated by the overall Sugar
community, so there is not a center ''per se''. The Center is the world
community itself.

Would be nice if somebody at Phillipines could begun a Local Lab
