Hi Barry,
As an OLPC volunteer (and not officially speaking for OLPC-F or OLPC-A), my
understanding is that pilot project and deployments create most of their own
content and that OLPC does not really host educational content with the
expections of the "Wikipedia Activity' which If I recall is produced by Sugar
Labs (who creates 99% of the Activities for the XO).  You might start by adding
your information to the OLPC wiki, to list as a resource. Other people might
suggest the appropriate wiki page for it. You also might ask the people of
Sugar Labs about creating a 'Content bundle' containing your content. That
might ensure one avenue for people to find and use your content.
