[Olpc-open] Deployment Getting started mini guide

Hi All,

Following the Maho summit and follow up from there have made a mini
guide on the basis of our experience out here to assessing educational
needs that the XO can deal with and then achieving the desired impact
(aka Plug N Pray).

Still work in progress - feedback / issues welcome.  Will then publish
