[Olpc-open] OLPC Pilot in Laos

Does anyone know if a Pilot is being planned in Laos?  If
yes, is there anyone who could put me in contact with the
project?

If not, who do I talk to about starting a pilot project?  I
will be establishing an permanent office and NGO in
Vientiene early next year for a related long term project, and
I believe that a lot of the groundwork I will have to do
over the next two years will be applicable to getting a OLPC
pilot off the ground in Laos at the same time.
