OK, I fixed this by adding

'pr' => array ('type'=>'application/x-squeak-project','icon'=>'video.gif'),

to lib/filelib.php in moodle. Looks like our version of XS did not support
this mime type for forum uploads in moodle. This should be an XS 0.6
install.
