The merge of the new website was successful and can be found at
http://forum.laptop.org/

Peter, the co-admin formerly of olpchelp.org, and I worked through the
entire 2 hour support window, and I becan redirecting users from
olpc.osuosl.org to the new site at precisely 9:00 EST. *phew*

Your user accounts and passwords should work without a problem, and all
posts you've made are still attributed to your account. If there are
problems, use can have a password reminder sent to the email address of the
account.

With this merger, we now have a community twice as large (nearly 900
registered users) that is better able to support themselves with questions
and guides for making your XO experience the best it can be. The site now
has almost 4,000 comments from the 2 sites, over a wide range of topics. Go
check it out and join the conversation!
