[Olpc-open] OLPC end-of-life management

Dear Colleagues,
The OLPC is on the ground in Uruguay, and on its way to other countries,
but is anyone paying attention to what happens when an XO stops working? 
Is there a take-back?  The Basel Convention is forming a partnership with
computer manufacturers to make end-of-life arrangements, especially in
developing countries where the OLPC is going.  Has the cost of collection
and disposal of XOs been included?  Is anyone paying attention?
