[Olpc-open] Question About last Countries Meeting

Hi everyone,

I read on the wiki, that on April 28th, a meeting was celebrated with
delegations of some countries, one of the countries was Colombia,
And i wish to know how that went and if some real conclusions were made or
if something was decided regarding Colombia or perhaps other countries.
