[Olpc-open] Creative Commons license chooser for Sugar

Hello!

I'm working with Jon Phillips at Creative Commons to design a Creative
Commons license chooser. The license chooser would function as a control
panel item in a gnome/kde type system, and we were wondering how we
could implement this in Sugar. Where do such settings go in Sugar? Could
we maybe integrate it into the journal?
