[Olpc-open] Status of MaMaMedia and Avallain

I will update the Avallain page after I conclude an email exchange with
Ignatz Heinz, proprietor of Avallain, who I have now heard from (thanks to
all who facilitated that).  At that point I should have concrete information
someone will want to read and not just whining by me.

Still to come...finding out something concrete about MaMaMedia.
