from the other tester of Record - After startup on Clyde the
neighbourhood icon for Windsor wifi said ‘connected’ when mouseover, but
the icon does not show the blue brackets, and indeed when I clicked on

Clyde does not seem to be able to see anyone in the neighbourhood. Now
Clyde can see the icon for Record but doesn’t see the icon of the XO
that shared it. OK, now I see it. We both stopped record (Clyde and
Sundance) and Sundance tries to invite, Clyde sees the icon on the left
and can click and join. Clyde tries to make a movie and it seems to work
(in the sense that the screen does not go black). Taking a bit of a
long time to save - computer now froze. Power light is on, flashes off

Kid & Sundance, XO-1.75 C1 laptops, sometimes do not show that they
are charging if you plug them in while turned off. This seems to be
related to when you last used them, or maybe when you last charged them,
as it is not reproducible by turning them off and unplugging and
waiting a minute or two. However I see this often, so I suspect it is
simply a matter of waiting longer. I do not know if they are actually
charging and not displaying the charge light, or if they are not
charging at all. I have also seen the opposite, where the charge light
was displayed even though the adaptor was unplugged from the wall. I
can’t remember what happened after unplugging the charger from the

on Clyde: after opening for the first time I could draw a line okay,
then the next two lines I saw the ‘blue’ cursor path, but did not
convert into a line - worked fine after that. Closed and started new and
the problem was not there. I tried again and I had the same effect, but
it seems to be dependent on the timing between when I finished my
previous line and when I am doing the new one. If the time is short, the
blue cursor path is seen but not transformed into a line. Maybe a
‘refresh’ thing or something? I don’t seem to have the same problem with
circles, triangles or squares when I just click to repeat or when I do a
new size and throw several in a row. Physics otherwise seems okay. </span><br><span style="font-family:Arial;color:rgb(0,0,0);background-color:transparent;font-weight:normal;font-style:normal;font-variant:normal;text-decoration:none;vertical-align:baseline"></span><br>

Clyde and Sundance don’t repeat aloud messages from other XOs, only
