1) I'm very concerned you might not be hitting the right power button,<br>
when your laptops are plugged in. Can you confirm you are fully pushing<br>
the button in the bottom-right corner below the screen -- when the power<br>
is plugged into the wall?<br>

2) OLPC does not sell batteries, but the independent family I mentioned<br>
