<p>I am really excited to see this conversation taking place.<br>
One of the difficulties new testers face is the multiple systems and Where to report bugs or if they indeed have a bug or misinterpretation. Big trackers can scare off some testers.<br>
as already mentioned, the testers are good at writing broadly about their tests, this is what they appear to enjoy. I hope some of them jump in on this conversation.<br>
also previously stated, they don't always have connectivity and reports are often sent after the session from home.<br>
