Both WikipediaEN and ES were painfully slow.<br>
<br>
I've profiled it and narrowed down on template expansion. By<br>
inlining/expanding the templates directly in the datadump, we shrink the<br>
data and make it radically faster.<br>
<br>
Sample timings on XO1.5 are<br>
<br>
Argentina 31s to 13s (worst-case - extremely heavy page in size and<br>
template usage, 365KB HTML payload!)<br>
Andorra 22s to 2.6s (large-ish page, heavy template usage - 71KB HTML<br>
payload)<br>
Lógica 6s to 3s<br>
