I downloaded http://build.laptop.org/10.1.1/os205/os205.zd but when I
tried to write it to the XO, it failed about 1/3 of the way in with a
"file should have written x but didn't write enough" type error. I tried
both with the hold down the game keys and the fs-update in the firmware
method.

The MD5SUM is

I'm not sure if the problem is that my download was corrupt, or if the
file is corrupt on the server?

We're re-imaging it with 126 right now.
