[olpc-nz] Tsunami in Samoa

An 8.3 earthquake caused a tsunami in Samoa today.

We have confirmed that Ian Thomson, RICS and Oceania OLPC Coordinator,
is safe in Noumea.

There is an OLPC project deployment in Samoa and there has been some
equipment destroyed. We are not aware of any volunteers being hurt or
killed in the tsunami.

We will keep in contact with Ian and others in the area to find out
what we can do to help during this time.

Our thoughts are with the survivors and their families.
