say on where the laptops are distributed or does it mean that HAT
will work to make sure that the laptops arrive at their final destination
as designated by OLPCorps? </b></font></tt>

reinforced security private "Social Engineering University 2"
LOT BV 30 Anosiala Ambohidratrimo PK 19, meanwhile the educative main schema
and all community extension work is undergone to the satisfaction of all

temporarily at the university and then be moved to the school that the
OLPCorps team is working in? I want to make sure we do not delay the start

I met the HAT (Secrétariat Général de la Présidence: M. Herizo <br>
RAKOTONDRAZAFY, porte 603, bâtiment en face de la Grande Chancellerie <br>
Ambohitsorohitra) yesterday relevant to customs release (dédouanement <br>
des laptops) . The following memorandum of understanding was discussed.

1) The objective is to facilitate the custom duty release process <br>
(L'objectif est de faciliter les opérations de dédouanement des <br>
laptops).<br>
2) The "Attestation de destination" of the laptops will be established
<br>
by the HAT precising the educative finality of the shipment;<br>
(La HAT établira l'attestation de destination précisant l'objectif <br>
éducatif des laptops) 3) Olpc will send an authorization for the HAT's
<br>
official to perform all customs release process;<br>
(OLPC autorisera le représentant de la HAT pour réaliser toute <br>
opération de dédouanement)<br>
4) The authorization provided by OLPC will be relevant to all the <br>
actual and future laptops shipments intended to Olpc-mg project.<br>

5) The official of the HAT for the custom duty release is Mr. Jean <br>
Joseph Aimé RANDRIAMAHENINA, Olpc-mg List administrator.<br>

laptops est M. Jean Joseph Aimé RANDRIAMAHENINA, Administrateur de <br>
liste Olpc-mg.<br>
6) Mr. Jean Joseph Aimé RANDRIAMAHNEINA will be appointed as an HAT <br>
official (as the Olpc-mg list administrator based in the Office of <br>
National Education Ministry Anosy, Antananarivo).<br>
7) All the laptops will be stored at the safe and reinforced security <br>
private "Social Engineering University 2" LOT BV 30 Anosiala

Ambohidratrimo PK 19, meanwhile the educative main schema and all <br>
community extension work is undergone to the satisfaction of all <br>
