[Olpc-mg] Maroansetra Deployment

Update on our deployment in the town of Maroantsetra, Mada.  We have 15
OLPC XOs and 2 dedicated people who carry these laptop from school to
school to library.  Currently they make the trek  to 4 different schools
each week providing opportunities to learn in classrooms of 70 students. 
We will apply this year for the OLPC Africorps program which was just been
announced.  We have made contact with a member of last year's University
of Antananarivo team and opened a dialogue with CISCO in the district.  I
