</div></div>I don't think anyone has seen it in the wild yet. Also, keep in mind<br>
that cost and price are two different things. Price = Cost + Profit .<br>
Price = Cost - Subsidy. If it is a subsidy, then the Indian taxpayer<br>
is picking up the difference.<br>
<br>
So, the distinction will be whether this laptop will cost $20 to<br>
manufacture, or if it will be priced at $20.<br>
