I don't think anyone has seen it in the wild yet. Also, keep in mind
that cost and price are two different things. Price = Cost + Profit .
Price = Cost - Subsidy. If it is a subsidy, then the Indian taxpayer
is picking up the difference.

So, the distinction will be whether this laptop will cost $20 to
manufacture, or if it will be priced at $20.
