[OLPC-Jamaica] Creating an activity

An "activity" is an application in Sugar parlance. The thinking is
that an activity is verb-centric rather than say, Microsoft Word,
which is noun-centric. Children understand verbs better, so we call
them activities. Common examples in Sugar are: Write, Read, Chat,
Record, Paint, etc.
