Hi Tom,

Good news:
1. Wikipedia Bahasa Indonesia is available in DVD - Chip Magazine
(birthday) edition August 08 - this is the latest version of Wikipedia
without any picture. Contact to ask for a copy (it may cost money to -
buy or to send to East Timor) is "Eko Lannueardy"
<eko.lannueardy at chip.co.id> - Chip Editor

2. A not so recent article Wikipedia DVD and sold illegally with
picture available online:

Bad news:
1. As you know the quality of the article is questionable
2. May not be suitable for kids

Other options are:
Wiki Crayon, a wikipedia version dedicated for kids design for
elementary 1 to 3 - maybe just available online, I'm not sure the
contact is, it was mentioned by passing during a meeting

Indonesian Government Education Dept already published an education
book online for free. They bought the copyright from the original
writer and release it on their website - I think it is on PDF format.
I haven't really look on this further. But just for your information.

Regards,
Serenity
