[Olpc-Haiti] [support-gang] Offline Maps for Haiti

Hi everyone,

I have finished adding the pilot locations to Offline Maps. This includes
Ile-a-Vache from the Kakok Foundation.

Quick review: the activity is a set of zoomable road and satellite maps,
students can add markers, photos, and lines to map their communities, and
data can be imported in several formats.
