[Olpc-france] - In Paris with broken laptop, where can I fix?

Hi, I'm in Paris with a broken OLPC that was purchased as a part of
the give one get one program and then used in Ghana at a school, where
it was broken.  I am in Paris now and am wondering if anyone out there
can help me fix it?  It looks structurally ok, but it won't turn on.

My attempt at French with the help of babelfish:
Bonjour, je suis à Paris avec un OLPC cassé qui a été acheté comme
partie du "Give One Get One" programmez et avez puis employé au Ghana
à une école, où elle était cassée. Je suis à Paris maintenant et la
recherche de n'importe qui dehors là peut-elle m'aider à le fixer ?
Elle regarde structurellement correcte, mais elle ne s'allume pas.
