[Olpc-france] no space left on device

I want to build the kernel with open80211s into an OLPC. For that, I tried to download the necessary packages.Unfortunately, I got these error:
 "Fatal: write error ( no space left on device)"
 "Fatal: index-pack failed"
So, can anyone tell me the steps to extend the memory flash space ( 1024 Mo) with an SD card.
Please help me !!
