mit der "Bundesregierung" habe ich nicht gesprochen, aber anhand eines konkreten Schulprojektes das Kultusministerium des Landes Sachsen-Anhalt um konkrete logistische Unterstützung gebeten. Auszug meines Schreibens vom 18.08.2008:<br>

Schule, erwerben <i style="">die Eltern</i> für ihr
Kind ein Exemplar für den doppelten Selbstkostenpreis (z.Zt. ca. 280 €). Die
Bestellung wird über die Schule erhoben, das Geld dortselbst eingetrieben, an
Ihr Ministerium weitergereicht und von dort eine deutsche amtliche Institution,
die mit OLPC zusammenarbeitet (das wäre derzeit die GTZ), durchgegeben. Von
dort gehen die Rechner wiederum an die von Ihnen angegebene Adresse.<o:p></o:p></span></font></div>

diese organisatorische Unterstützung. OLPC arbeitet ausschließlich mit Governement
Organisations zusammen, um eine private Gewinnabschöpfung und damit Verteuerung
des XO auszuschließen. Ohne Ihre Unterstützung funktioniert das Projekt also
nicht.<o:p></o:p></span></font></div>

Sozialkasse bei der Anschaffung unterstützt werden müssen, um einheitliche
Klassensätze gewährleisten zu können, ist ein anders gelagertes Problem und
tangiert Ihren Einflussbereich nicht.<o:p></o:p></span></font></div>

einem Entwicklungsland, in dem parallel ein Klassensatz mit der quasi gespendeten
zweiten Hälfte des Selbskostenpreises angeschafft wird, wird über OLPC oder
alternativ über das Land Sachsen-Anhalt selbst vermittelt.<o:p></o:p></span></font></div>

lediglich noch einmal in Erscheinung treten müssen, um die Weiterbildung der
Lehrkräfte auf dem XO-Rechner organisatorisch zu unterstützen."</font><o:p></o:p></span></div>

Auch diese Form der Zusammenarbeit wurde mit Schreiben vom 04.09.2008 abgelehnt mit den Begründungen:<br>
- es gibt ja bereits Computerkabinette<br>
- das Anschaffen ganzer Klassensätze erscheint "aus pädagogischer Sicht" nicht notwendig, da der Schwerpunkt in der Grundschule auf der Vermittlung von Gundfertigkeiten wie Lesen, schreiben und Rechnen liegt.<br>
<br>
Aus diesen beiden Gründen könne das Ministerium keine Empfehlung für ein solches Projekt abgeben.<br>
<br>
Meiner fundierten Ansicht nach ist das schwach begründet, da die mir bekannten Computerkabinette teilweise äußerst mangelhaft betreut sind und die festgestellten mangelnden Grundfertigkeiten nicht der Konkurrenz des Erlernens von Fertigkeite
n auf dem Rechner geschuldet sind sondern aus ganz anderen Gründen gefolgert werden müssen (ich will hier nicht weiter darauf eingehen).<br>
<br>
Vielleicht ist der Hinweis nicht ganz unberechtigt, den ich von einer Mitarbeiterin des Ministeriums "unter der Hand" bekam:<br>

Rahmenvertrag mit Microsoft, indem es sich verpflichtet in erster Linie
Microsoft-Produkte einzusetzen. Da die Schule in Sachsen-Anhalt zu 90 % mit
Computertechnik <font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">[...]</font> ausgestattet sind
(es gab und gibt ein Projekt mit der Telekom), sehe ich keine Chancen, Firmen
zu finden, die für diese Laptops Software entwickeln. Die einzige Chance, die
ich sehe, ist, das Microsoft selbst doch noch bei diesem Laptop mitarbeitet.</span><font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">"<br>

Ich habe dann das Vorhaben, für das von mir mitentwickelte Schulprojekt OLPC-Laptops einzusetzen, auch wegen reservierter Haltung der Elternschaft, zunächst zurückgestellt.<br>

Man ist sich zwar über den Weg der Finanzierung klar aber der Absicht ist da.<br>
<br>
In der Liste habe ich zu dem Thema nicht gelesen.<br>
<br>
Hat schon mal jemand aus dem OLPC Verein mit der Bundesregierung gesprochen?<br>
