Most of my family is in Milwaukee and I spend a lot of time there. I know Milwaukee better than I know Chicago. If an event happens I can participate. I can also act as a go-between or 'runner' between Milwaukee and a Chicago group should they need to exchange 'stuff'. I'm the road a lot between the two cities. :)

Chuck Tuura

olpc-chicago-request@lists.laptop.org wrote:

Send OLPC-Chicago mailing list submissions to
olpc-chicago@lists.laptop.org

To

There are a few professors at the Milwaukee School of Engineering that either have XOs or have them ordered, and there is a senior design team that is in the beginning stages of creating a biomedical device that would work with the XO. Also, I met someone that works with alternative energy sources and has designed solar panels for the XO. There is a Wisconsin thread on http://olpcnews.com/forum that could get a little interest.

Let me know if I can be of any assistance.

Robert Printz
B.S. in Management Information Services
Milwaukee School of Engineering
printzr@msoe.edu
Cell: 847-302-5761
**Note: I will be out of town without access to email from Feb 23 - March 2

________________________________

From: olpc-chicago-bounces@lists.laptop.org on behalf of Samuel
