[OLPC-Chicago] FW: Children's Low Cost Laptop Bill

Ryan and others with ties to House/Senate members, aside from calling 
and writing letters, what's the best way to communicate our support and 
our vision of the bill to our representatives in Springfield? If we 
write something or some up with a presentation (or even a short video), 
will they read it / watch it / see it (or what can we do to make them 
very likely to do so?)
