[OLPC-AU] Dextrose 4 build 16 for au

Hi

Another week, and another build of Dextrose 4 that can be downloaded from
http://build.activitycentral.com/DX4/AU/build16/

Changes between our last one, has been:

* About my computer now shows "XO-system 1a for XO-? (build ??)
* Collaboration works on write activity
* Also, there has been improvements from upstream to the xo4 system.
