If the XOs are locked, it's not going to be easy :(

You have two options:

  1. unlock them
  2. get your security key onto them and create a signed firmware

Both options require something to be done to each individual XO.
Option 1 is the easier one. I would not consider Option 2 unless you
really know what you are doing. There's a lot to know:

The best way is to use some forward planning, and make sure that the
XO-AU USB works on any new XOs that you order. That means that you
either order them unlocked, or you go to the effort of creating your
own signed firmware and having it installed to each XO in the factory.
The former is much easier, and is what we do at OLPC Australia.
