Testing summary: Auckland - 9 April 2011

Tested some new activities on three XO-1.5s running 861 10.1.3-au2 0.84.31

HelloWorld version 2 - failed to start

Ominoes version 9 - worked out the objective is to create different patterns
after reading the activity page on aslo, could do 3 and 4, started to get
harder at patterns of 5 tiles, then 6 tiles is a real challenge (got 32 of
35 patterns before moving on), we liked this activity. Tested on three
XO-1.5s

Jumble version 7 - have to find things in the mess, sometimes they get
hidden by the window that indicates what you are looking for, think this
activity would be easier in real life than on screen as you have to look for
contrast in colours. Tested on two XO-1.5s

Sudoku version 10 - playing this with images not numbers changed the users
approach to the problem, found it harder (this is a good thing), the
activity icon is a horse which is a bit odd as it doesn't reflect the
activity purpose (no idea what would be a better icon). Tested on two
XO-1.5s

Blocku version 3 - cool game, did two addition games, couldnt see how to
start a new game though, had to go back to main menu to start the new game.
Time display of "recent times" on left is not correct, cuts off last digit,
e.g. 45 seconds is displayed as 00:4. Can't get frame key to work in this
game, or the view buttons (F1-F4). Mouse is jumpy in this game. Tested on
one XO-1.5
