If you wish to provide an XO-like experience, stay with SoaS v1
(Strawberry). This version has Sugar 0.84, the same version on the
XOs. Later versions of Sugar have a slightly different interface.

The downside is that Strawberry is old and may not have drivers for
the latest hardware.
