Hi,
I have been reading about some of the unexpected challenges in Mongolia and the difficulties involved in remote debugging where few speak English. I would like to suggest you consider a school or school district in the Canadian Artic as a test site, since English is ubiquitous and cold temperatures abound there. As well, the population density is low but well-networked. We are such a bureaucratic country, so there are lots of computers up there in government offices, schools and churches. I think they might have useful suggestions about some of the issues encountered in Mongolia.
If you need the name of a contact teacher, I know of a special ed teacher in Yellowknife, North West Territories, i.e., North of the 60th parallel, where they have been having quite a cold snap.
Keep up the good work. Down here in Vancouver, our son loves his XO. He has a congenital dysgraphia and this has made all the difference in class.
