Googling '802.11s' yields quite a bit of information, including a link
to the 802.11s working group and the 802.11s draft.

Information and a mailing list for the Linux 802.11s driver for the
libertas chipset is at:

The Libertas driver is included in current linux kernels, albeit with
a binary firmware blob.
