[Nepal] _fix_icons doesn't quite work for E-Paath

Kafle, u r probably already aware of this but it doesn't seem that
_fix_icons works properly for E-Paath

I get the "Stop" button when I mouse over the grey circle in sugar
palette (top of frame) but not when I mouse over the E-Paath icon.
Clicking "close" on the grey circle closes firefox but puts you at a
screen showing a pulsating E-Paath icon.
