[Nepal] Mirror mirror

Ciao,

the Fedora mirror seems to be up and running, modulo a few missing
updates that will finish syncing tonight.

I'm now setting up the partial Ubuntu mirror right now.  Only mirroring
i386 binaries for hardy, of course.

As a matter of fact, I found out that np.archive ubuntu.com is actually
just an alias of the main server in UK (and so is in.archive.ubuntu.com).

These sync scripts run on on pustakalaya, from /etc/cron.daily/mirror-*.
The daily cron jobs run around 1AM.

I added mirror.olenepal.org to the DNS, which does not seem to be active
yet.  For now, you can access the mirrors here:

  http://pustakalaya.olenepal.org/pub/linux/distro/
