[Nepal] Switch to using google analytics instead of awstats

Hey guys,

I am trying google analytics instead of awstats to track usage of
pustakalaya.olenepal.org

I will grant u guys access soon

Google Analytics uses a javascript tracker that logs information about
page accesses on each access to a page.

I have added it to footer.tpl.html
