Dear Friends of TuxPaint,

I've noticed that many languages with a tuxpaint.po do not have a
corresponding tuxpaint-config.po

In order to assist with filling that gap, I have created projects hosting
that tuxpaint-config.po in the following languages (all of which are not
present already):

Afrikaans (af), Akan (ak), Albanian (sq), Amharic (am), Azerbaijani (az),
Bambara (bm), Belarusian (be), Bengali (bn), Bosnian (bs), Breton (br),
Chinese (Simplified) (zh_CN), Croatian (hr), Estonian (et), Faroese (fo),
Gaelic (Irish) (ga), Gujarati (gu), Hebrew (he), Hungarian (hu), Estonian
(et), Kannada (kn), Khmer (km), Kinyarwanda (rw), Korean (ko), Kurdish
(ku), Lithuanian (lt), Luganda (lg), Luxembourgish (lb), Macedonian (mk),
Maithili (mai), Malayalam (ml), Marathi (mr), Nepali (ne), Northern Sotho
(nso), Norwegian Bokmål (nb), Occitan (oc), Odia (or), Persian (fa),
Punjabi (pa), Sanskrit (sa), Sinhala (si), Sundanese (su), Swahili (sw),
Tagalog (tl), Tamil (ta), Telugu (te), Thai (th), Tibetan (bo), Urdu (ur),
Venda (ve), Walloon (wa), Welsh (cy), Wolof (wo).

I don't have the following languages set up (yet), but I would happily do
so if someone interested gave me the nplurals and pluralforms:

Assamese (as), Bodo (brx), Dogri (doi), English (Australian) (en_AU),
English (Canadian) (en_CA), English (South African) (en_ZA), Gronings
(gos), Kashmiri (Devanagari) (ks at devanagari), Kashmiri (Perso-Arabic) (ks),
Klingon (tlh), Manipuri (bengali) (mni), Manipuri (meitei mayek)
(mni at meiteimayek), Miahuatlán Zapotec (zam), Ndebele (nr), Ojibwe (oj),
Santali (ol chiki) (sat at olchiki), Shuswap (shs), Spanish (Mexican) (es_MX),
Valencian (ca at valencia), Xhosa (xh)

These next languages require a little discussion to resolve questions I
have:

Konkani (kok), Konkani (roman) (kok at roman) - we use gom, not kok

Sindhi (sd), Sindhi (Devanagari) (sd at devanagari) - I have sd, but I think
it is in devanagiri

Twi (twi) - I have Akan (ak) but would like to understand distinction of
Twi and Fante.

Feel free to register and translate away, when done I will do the github
pull requests, if notified.

PO files are here:

Anyone with a partial PO file for tuxpaint, tuxpaint-config or
tuxpaint-stamps on the TuxPaint site, just ask and I'll upload it for you
on my Pootle instance.
