[Localization] Pinging the list

Dear Chris and all, 

I'm Mohomodou Houssouba, in charge of Songhay projects. Glad to hear you back. I look forward to more sharing and making progress together with the small projects. 

On Songhay (I suspect not the most familiar idiom), there is some information on www.songhay.org. It's in Songhay and French, the latter being somewhat "reachable" through Google Translate.
