[Localization] Activity of the Week - StarChart

I wanted to encourage everyone to do a little work on this really,
really educational activity.

Not only will you be helping a kid learn about the Universe, you are
likely to learn a little something yourself!  You do not need to know
anything about astronomy.  We have added translator comments that you
can see in Pootle that will really help.

Copy and paste the English Wikipedia link in the comment into another
tab of your browser, then follow the interwiki links (find your
language name in the lower left sidebar of the wiki page) to read
about that celestial object in your own language, and you can
copy/paste the proper spelling right from your language's wiki
article.
