http://wiki.laptop.org/go/OLPC_Arabic_Keyboard is the keyboard we
designed and shipped for the XO laptops (membrane keyboards only -- I
never designed an Arabic version of the "high-school" keyboard).

The ara xkb symbols file is enabled for the OLPC layout.
